Return Policy

Because every product is made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for customized orders (including Blank Jerseys) unless:

  • The item has a manufacturing defect.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product was damaged during production.

Required Evidence

To be eligible for a replacement or refund request, customers must provide:

  • A clear unboxing video showing the package being opened from its original sealed condition.
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue.
  • Proof of purchase.

Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for review.

The unboxing video helps verify that the damage or defect did not occur after delivery.

Important

We cannot accept claims for:

  • Wrong size selected by the customer.
  • Spelling or personalization information entered incorrectly during checkout.
  • Normal color differences caused by monitor or screen settings.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Customer damage after delivery.

If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution at no additional cost. By placing an order with BBJerseys, you acknowledge and agree to our production, shipping, and return policies. Customized products are made specifically for you and cannot be canceled, modified, returned, or exchanged once production has begun.

Custom Order Policy

All BBJerseys products are made-to-order and personalized specifically for each customer. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for incorrect size selection, change of mind, or customer input errors after production begins.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing mistake from our side, we will gladly provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
