Production Time: 3–5 business days

Estimated Shipping Time: 5–10 business days

Once your design has been confirmed, a tracking number is typically generated within 24 hours and added to your order. Please note that the initial tracking status may remain unchanged while your package is being prepared and transferred to the shipping carrier.

The estimated total delivery time is approximately 8–15 business days after design confirmation. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by peak seasons, severe weather, carrier delays, customs inspections or an incorrect delivery address.

Please double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase. BBJerseys is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Because this product is personalized and made specifically for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for:

• Incorrect names, numbers, spelling or other information submitted or approved by the customer

• A change of mind

• Selecting the wrong size

• Minor color differences caused by screen or printing variations

• Orders that arrive later due to circumstances outside our control

If your ornament arrives damaged, defective or different from the confirmed design, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos showing:

• The entire product

• The damaged or incorrect area

• The shipping label and packaging

After reviewing the issue, we may provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution. Please do not return the product unless instructed by our support team.
